Such a pleasant and beautiful place,
Happy faces. Smiling faces.
Laughing children. Blessed families.
All in all the wondrous city shone ever
so bright and the Sun shone
as it seem like forever and ever.
Until tomorrow…
The sky blackened, the Sun fell,
and the city panicked.
All but screams were heard, sirens,
anguished cries and agonized pleas.
Corruption.
Only pure sin filled the streets.
Buildings burned and fell.
The children fought. Killed. Raped.
Women were left beaten, tattered along
the broken streets.
the once peaceful city is gone. Never
expected to return.
All but just was there. No hope.
No silence. No peace.
Just blood and sin.
The lies, the killings, the screams.
All this destruction, this
carnage, all caused by emotions.
the City fell and it stays fallen,
only because of “Love”.
Because of “Love” have they been
corrupted and scarred.
Only because of “Love” will
they never recover.
“Love” did this to them, to
Me…
