Why does your character have to have anemia It doesn't show that much symptoms. I have anemia. You can give him something like insomnia where they can't sleep at all or even more he can have eczema which is a disease of horribly dry itchy irritated skin and the person gets a lot of sugat and flaking skin and rashes all over them because they can't stop scratching. Or maybe he can have a weak heart so like when he sees some cute girl he would want to stay away from her because he might have a little panic attack and end up in the hospital so he's never been on a date with anyone his entire life and in the story maybe a lot of girls like him but they think he's mysterious and hard to get because he so distant. Maybe he's likable because he's really smart and handsome hahahaha. I think that's pretty kawawa.
