and learned several things!!
1. it takes energy to be happy! and it is not one you can get from sleeping. i'm not entirely sure how to get it, but i'm /thinking/ you get it just by going out there and LIVING.
2. WE WAKE UP TO THE WORLD EVERY DAY. we wake up to a new life and there are so many possibilities I AM GOING TO MEET ONE OF MY VERY BEST FRIENDS, GAIA. it may be today!! and if it isn't that is just one more day out of the way until i DO!
3. the earth is soooooooooo biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig. O_____________O think about it. i mean i thought DISNEYLAND was big but NO. it's just one little tiny itty bitty speck on the ENTIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRE EARTH. and think about ALLLLLLLLLL of the people, ALLLLLLLLLLLLL of the LIFE. that. is. insane! there's so much to do! there are so many possibilities!!
4. there are chemicals you need in order to be happy/be *able* to be happy. by sleeping and not moving, you don't make these chemicals, and make some that keep you down/sedated in a way? if you haven't been moving around a lot and you feel like crap (no other word >< wink then do a few jumping jacks!! if you have been moving around a lot and you don't feel like crap DO A FEW JUMPING JACKS ANYWAY~!
5. music is gooooooooooooooooooood. it's so delicious omnomnomnomnomnom but rly. IT DOES A LOT FOR YOU. go listen to some nao plox.
