So things have gotten really crazy ever since I got home. I found out that not long after I was born, my mother decided that she wanted a boyfriend and cheated on my dad for over 3 months and then I also found out that my dad lost his liscence until April for driving under the influence of marjuana. He only takes it for the pain and if he didn't, he would be throwing up every night and losing so much fluids that he might be dead. But basically, what my mom did was immoral and what my dad did was illegal. And now for the good news:
When my dad broke his wrist at work, hew was told he was going to get a settlement of about $25k. He went to this court thingie-do and the people said that he wasn't getting paid for 40 hours a week which he should have been because he's a foreman and he also wasn't recieving any benefits, so in just a couple of weeks, we are going to recieve a check for $41,625. This means that I finally get contacts! On another note, I found my total princess dress yesterday when I went shopping. It's long, teal, and gorgeous! And as far as a Homecoming date goes, I'm not sure. I'm going to invite Katie most likely if I don't get asked by a newly single hot piano-playing loud-laughing friend of mine. Oh yeah. You guessed it. I feel really bad for D-Mair though. They were obviously really into eachother and he broke up with her for whatever reason. I just want to give her a big hug because I know how I would feel if I got dumped by someone that I really liked. And also, last night, I got a haircut and color. So now my hair is about shoulder-length and chocolate brown. More like dark chocolate. I'M SO EXCITED!
