Today we(me and grandma) left grandmas house to go to Alaska. Yesterday was the best Independence day iv ever had. Me and Jamie were shooting off bottle rockets for hours, then when the sun went down we were shooting of fireworks untill 11Pm. One of our fireworks flew int other tree and exploded there XD. Anyways back to the 5th. It took us about an hour to get through customs to get into Canada (WOO WE MADE IT THROUGH!)Just past the border I saw 2 Smart Four Twos (never thought id see them outside the UK) And after about another hour or so of driveing we came to a desert in the mountains and after them. I can confidently and safely say it was at least 90 F, it was so HOT! i stuck my arm out the window and the air passing by felt warm still >< And after we were out of the mountains and still in the desert we passed through lots of old abandoned ghost towns, and we had to stop to change clothes because of the heat >< And grandma got sun burn from in the car XP We stoped by a lake and had some dairy queen, we got to meals and some ice cream which cost over $24.00! So we went on and came to a stop at a Super 8 hotel.
