standing on a rocky beach, overlooking a dark, steely lake filled with seaweed. a wooden skiff rocks across the jagged waves, coming closer to a black, jagged castle floating on a stalagmintey platform. theres a huge burgundy drawing bridge, pulled up. the spires of the castle go high into the foggy sky.
emily (my cripple) floats towards the beach on a seaweed filled intertube. i cant get across the lake any other way, so i hop on the intertube with her and we float across.
once inside the courtyard, we see a large gathering of people. none of them i know. theres too many people, and we see a tall, thin lady teacher slide inside the door. i find linnaea and erin and maya and we slip inside after her.
we duck behind a table because we see her talking to the chef. the chef is blue and purple with really thick lips that go all the way around, kinda like Del. hes kinda an octopus. the teacher leaves and we wait for a while. im searching around on the ground and find a shiny pink key. its tiny, but beautiful. i also find a smallish purple casino chip in a mousehole. i feel the need to keep these two things so i do.
we get up and head over to the chef and ask him some questions. about what i dont remember, but he gives us some solemnly strange answer, while continuing to chop some meat with a big butcher knife.
we shrug and think that we shouldnt be in there, so we try to go back outside and people start to come in.

(i forgot this part!!)im walking down a hallway filled with people. the windows glow orange in the sunset. i head towards a locker room, or dorm room, and open the door. inside there are some strange people that i dont recognize.

theres a few small flights of stairs. glowing doors are at the tops of the stairs, and neon symbols are above the doors. a wiggly line gives off the feeling of Earth, and has a red glowing doorway. a triangle has the feeling of Air, and has a yellow glowing door. i venture closer and a girl cautiously goes in, tantalized by the Egyptian interior. i turn away and decide to explore more before i make a decision. i turn around and see a purple door with a whiteboard next to it with colorful letters explaining what the room had to offer. i notice the words "raw power= sharks & girrafes" outlines in orange spikeys. i figure this is the Anima (control& bonding w/animals, i.e. swimming with sharks or whatev) and i notice a blonde standing next to the entrance, uncertain. i talk to him and smile and he smiles back and then we talk about what might be in the room. he shrugs, and says 'theres no turning back once you go in' and i say 'we might as well make it a good time then' and i take his hand and we jump in.
we land in sort of an African safari plain or something. to our right is a bright blue lake with jagged icebergs. i see that there are sharks in the icecubes! they have lazor guns attatched to their heads.
to our left is a corn field. oh, how exciting. and one is also to our front.
wait, those arent corns. those are othere people! the teachers are looking oddly at them, and we wade through the corn huskiness. we ask how to get the people turned back into people, and a few flicker back and forth from corn husk to person.
the teacher shrugs and adjusts his glasses. i see a few giraffes in the distance.
i turn to my blonde beau (i guess??) and hes a corn husk! he changes back though, with slightly redder hair and a scared expression.
the teacher says its a rogue charm or something from another department and that theres nothing he can do about it.
a dolphin leaps overhead and i reach out to touch it.
