Arg, Whell alot has happened. - I've kept what excersises I've been doing and how many plus what and if i ate every day in my notebook journal.
Decemeber 3rd - Day 3 0f 15* EPIC FAIL. • Ate 3 handfuls of lucky Charms in the morning • At lunch, 1 coco-Milk • When I got home: Ate a huge bowl full of left-over ham, potatoes, and string bean casserole from Thanksgiving @ -@ • I was hungery AGAIN later, so I ate more Ham confused • Then i had 5 to 8 expensive gift boxed chocolates my Dad gave to me ○ ((Up to 800 calories in each one))
Plus i got lazy and only managed to do 120 leg lifts (( 60 on each side )) - 60 situps - and Only 10 push ups.
I had devoured over 2,500 calories, mabey over 3 thousand that Day. -That night i beat myself up for being so fat and cried.

December 4th / December 5th - Day 4 / 5 of 15* xd
I decided to do something about how fat I was getting. - Over the day from eating so much on the 3rd i gained 7 pounds.
BUT ! I got home and was depressed about all the wieght i gained and ATE SOME MORE becuz of it!! > -<
• I ate a Cracker Stacker Lunchable when I got home from school • I ate all the remaining ham with teh lunchable ○ (( Luckily there was only like 3 or 4 two inch pieces left [not soo bad])) • Then i ate up to: ○ 5 -6 pieces of bread (wheat) ○ And 2 -3 handfuls of potatoe chips

BUT ! BUT BUT ! I couldn't throw it up, for my family was ALL home, Thanks to My great luck e .e
But then i relized I CAN'T GET MORE FAT, so I downed a handful of diet pills, I really didnt count, mabey 5 or 7 pills in estimate. And I Over excersised :3
The diet pills were full of caffeine so I ended up not being able to fall asleep and I was so hype'd up on the caffeine i was shaking and I felt no pain xD I didn't feel sore like i had been from excersizing earlier in the week, and I had the time and energy to do anything I wanted.
So. About 11 razz M to 12:AM i managed to do 210 situps. Past 1:AM i did around 100 more situps. I decidied to take a break from around 4-ish: Am and layed in my bed thinking for 45 minutes... Sometime b4 5:AM i started to do more Situps. And then my dad woke up. I faked waking up by setting my alarm to go off, going into the bathroom and brushing my teeth, ect. And it worked.
I went from sometime b4 5:AM to a little past 6:AM doing 200 situps. In an hour, i did 2 0 0 situps. It may not seem like alot, but situps are accually excruciatingly painful and difficult. Sit-ups work your upper and lower stomach muscles, ur thighs, and ur back and upper arm muscles. Right now my stomach hurts. Not my stomach-stomach, like if i had indegestion. but my accually upper body muscles are Sore. And are painful, and they burn. Like if u run 10 miles, and then the next day ur legs and the muscles there are just plain Sore.
I did 510 situps in 7 or 8 hours.
And altogether I've done - 690 situps - 620 leg lifts - 45 pushups This week.
I lost 8 pounds biggrin I'm sore and shakey off and on, but it doesnt even bother me.
All I ate today is a 190 calorie bagel with some Miraculous 0 calorie mustard whee
Doesn't sound tastey, but It was to me *shrug*
I'm exteremly tired from haven't slept in a day or 2. And from my excersizing. So tonight I'm not going to excersize.
I won't eat eaither. I finaly whent down in the tens' Rank on my wieght and I'm 8 pounds from my short-term goal.
- - I know it may not seem like I'm really anirexic, but I go 24 and 36 hour periods without eating then i wolf down food. Yes, I know. I am weak. I don't think to put this into my entrees because its not relevant for me to put, Because the fact i'm just typing these for my benefit. but i know theres people who read this, So i'm just reminding you to remember b4 i go and eat i've ussally going 24 or 36 hours sense I've aten = .=
Well, Go Hunger.
