Excel Lesson One Vocabulary
Row- the vertical boxes that are numbered consecutively from 1-65,536.
Column- horizontal rows that are assigned an alphabetic label ranging from A to Z.
Cell- the intersection of a row and column.
Active cell- The cell that is currently selected.

Value- numbers
Formula- calculation
Workbook- the information you put in excel is stored in this file called a workbook
Worksheet- a grid of rows and columns
