Five kids ran through rain hearing footsteps as they were being persude before one fell
"Angel!Come on"the tallest of them yelled reaching backward lifting him to her back before running
Wait before i get ahead of myself,i'm Angel Kanzaki,nine years of age,well at that time heh.Lets start the story over from the beginning shall we,at the orphanage
"Ok D,pass me the scapel"Angel said using a rag as a mask with gloves for cleaning on
"Ok Ang-,i mean doctor"the boy replied looking just as the other only he had candy in his mouth while passing a plastic knife
Angel took it then made his eyes get wide"I't will be ok mister,we will heal your suffering"he then stabbed the cat they had tied up with the plastic knife making it hiss and scratch him over the cheek
Doctor! the heart rate is going up,at this rate he will die!"the twin yelled making beeping sounds while drawing on a box
"Not on my watch dammit"he then held the cat down"Don't die on me,CLEAR!"Angel punched the cat in the chest knocking it out"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
"Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep"D then drew a long line on the box(No animals were harmed in the making of this story)
They then where hit on the head"Why do you two always have to torture snuggles"The ebony haired girl yelled while picking up the unconshis cat
"He's our pateint"they replied with the same look
She rolled her green eyes"Amelia wants us"
They looked at each other and strugged knowing that the woman was weird like that as they ran to her before she snapped
"Amelia,what did you want us for?"they asked looking up at the woman with her salt and pepper hair which mostly came from stress and her blue eyes sharp with slits in the middle of them,she was tall and tended to wearing jeans and tshirts
The woman sidestepped revealing two girls with curly red hair one had green eyes with a slight frown on her face while the other had gold eyes shyly hiding behind the other
"It's ok girls meet the others"Amelia said gently pushing them forward
Mia was the first to walk forward swaying her tail in curiosity as her ears perked up"Hi,i'm Mia"she said while bending down and giving a friendly smile
They eyed her with suspesion before easing up"mmm,Kita"the girl responded looking down which made the ebony haired teen nod before looking to the other who was still behind Kita
"Whats your name,hm?"she tilted her head smiling as the younger girl came from behind her friend
"My name is Rose"she said in a low tone
"Nice to meet you"she then reached back and pulled the two boys forward"Meet Angel and D"the two stood staring at the girls as they stared back before D being the person he is smiled and walked over with a huge smile
"HIIIIII,I'M D"this made Rose giggle and nod,but Kita eyed him strangely"What,is there something on my face?"
She only walked up to him and tugged on his ears hard and as a reflex he pulled on hers"Let go of my ears meanie"
He gave a growl"Let go of mine first girl"before anydamage was done Mia broke them up as Amelia shook her head with a small laugh only to witness D grab a pillow and hit Kita with it before running with her chasing him
"I'll go get them"Mia then ran off
Amelia then walked off letting Angel and Rose do what they want
"Uh,hi"the girl said only to hear him grunt then see him turn and walk away before other kids came over to her who were around Mia's age
"Hey there little one,are you new?"one of the three girls asked with a tilt of her head
"y-yes"she replied holding on to her dkirt feeling uncomfertable
Two of them swatted down to her level insync with their movements which freaked her out"We are Hazel and Ann"they said at the sametime"Thats Sonia our sister"
Rose looked at them to see they were britains with their accent,dollish blonde hair and cloths before one touched her head as the others stood infront of her chanting before one screamed from being hit in the head with a bottle
"Get away from her!!"Angel yelled running over jumping up to punch another cause of his height before they hissed turning to shadows and quickly floating away,he then walked over to Rose and shook her"Hey,hey girl are you ok?!"
She shook her head quickly running ovver and hugging him as he patted her head"Who are they?"she then grunted
"I went to get some bandages because i saw you were bleeding"he then swatted picking her up and giving her a piggy back ride to the patio where their was a good amount of sunlight before setting her in a chair
"Wow,its pretty"she looked around to see a huge garden varing from all kinds of flowers as butterflys and birds fleww around
"Hm,oh the garden,yea its alright"he then tapped her leg"Done"
She nodded"Thanks"
"No problem"he sat on the ground next to her looking up in the sky
They sat for awhile before Rose remembered her question"Angel...who were those girls?"
He shrugged"No one really knows who they are,but we do know that they are soul reapers so stay away from them ok?"
"Ok,one more question"when she saw him perk his ears up showing he was listening she continued"You and D are twins"
"mmhm"
"So then why-"he cut her off finsihing her sentence
"Don't we have the same eyes,because we are in a cycle of eternal reicarnation,i dont mind it because we get to see all kinds of things"he gave a half hearted smile
she nodded"Mia seems nice"
"Yea when she isnt having he mood swings,and how old do you think she is?"
"Fourteen"she guessed with her eyes wide
"Nope,shes anceint she makes old look young,truth is every fourthousand years she ages only one year in human"
The red heads eyes got huge"wow,i bet she knows a lot"she gave a grin revealing a missing tooth
Angel snickered"Toothless wonder"
"Shut up"some spit droplets shot out as she yelled which made him laugh more,she puffed her cheeks out only to be lifted and carried back into the house and into the living room where they witnessed D tied to the floor with Kita over him and a plastic knife
"Don't worry,i'll fix your heart"she said poking him with the knife as he tried to break the ropes while they laughed
