So, here's more about the social. I think it's tearing a line through our 'friend' group.
During the night, in the beginning, we were a group, yes? One of us, let's call her 'X', went off somewhere. So there I was with 'N1' and 'N2'. Me, N1 and N2 went to get a drink from the little canteen thing. When we went there, I saw our homeroom teacher in the process of putting an empty box on his head. Another teacher voiced my opinion out loud - "What the hell are you smoking?!". He saw, then put the box down sheepishly. Then he put it back on O_O Anyway, back to the story.
So we went back. Then we had to find our 'partner'. On our ticket was a number and we had to pair up with the other person with the same number. (Btw, I go to an all girls school so we had the social with an all boys school.) Anyway, I found my 'partner', but, due to my lack of socialising abilities, I forgot his face, didn't quite get his name and even forgot what he was wearing or how tall he was -_- So he went off somewhere, and I went off somewhere. End of partnering. So 'X' came back and dragged us into this group of a few guys and girls to dance. I'm not one for dancing, but they didn't give a s**t. I decided to sit down, so I did. Whilst they danced. And they went off to dance somewhere else. My 'best friend' didn't even care. I mean, I even went to sit with her (in the middle of my actual dancing frenzy) when she was alone, but she ditched me. You know why? DO YOU KNOW WHY?! For a guy. She ditched me for a guy. Because she got 'attracted' to someone in the group and didn't want to leave his side. I'm shattered. Next day at school, the only thing that came out of her mouth was his name and the only thing she looked at were photos of him she took. Then she started hanging around with these girls. The girls that know him and probably see him at Saturday/Sunday school or something. And earlier in the year she said she didn't quite like them. So here she is, hanging around with them because they are a link to him.
We were also watching a movie in the auditorium and they said we could sit where ever we wanted. So usually, you'd sit with your friends, no? She went to sit with the new group. She didn't even talk to me all day because she was busy discussing her 'love'. I feel so pissed. I didn't smile all day. Another thing, N1 also likes this guy that 'X' likes. And N2, I found her a 'dancing partner' (Shyeah! Go me, the matchmaker!) and she said he was only to dance with. But they spent the entire night together, even when not dancing. Sure, she offered for me to stay, but who wants to be a third wheel?
So, overall, a s**t social. If you know who I'm talking about and tell either 'X', 'N1' or 'N2', so help me I will find you. I just needed to get this off my chest cry
