Welcome to my life- Part 2: The University Life- week 1 |

Monday:
Monday was move in day, fun fun fun, you never would have guessed i arrived with about 20 some odd boxes, that includes my computer boxes. I finished all the major unpacking, It was weird to be here that i can tell you, but how to explain it is hard because it's complicated, but a simple way to explain it is , It just wasn't home.
Tuesday
Classes started I had my first Art class, funny story about this, i leave 45 minutes early for class because i don't know where i'm going and I want to make sure i'm not late, so i'm all ready for class I have my Campus map to help me get there, and so yeah i get there, now there are two lecture halls that i have classes in both of them in the same area, and i forgot which one was for my art class, so it's a good thing i left that 45 minutes early, I went as fast as I could all the way back to my dorm room to find the class schedule to see which lecture hall i had to go to, and let me tell you climbing up four floors is not fun especially if your in a hurry, so yeah i managed to get back to my class, about 45 seconds late. well let's just say it won't happen again.
Wednesday
So today i had my first Philosophy and English class. Philosophy is going to be intresting, especially if we get into relgious debates during disccussion as one of the topics we're covering is "Does God exist?" For me, the answer is yes, but if you asked me why, i couldn't tell you, it's one of those you just do things. So hopefully when we get into that it'll help me be able to explain why my answer is yes, and as proud to be practicing Lutheran, my answer better be yes he exists, and as i've already stated, it is.
Also had my first English class but it lasted like 10 minutes as the Prof wasn't there this week so we recieved our Syllabus and then left after signing a sheet saying that we were actually there, Class was also cancelled for Friday.
Thursday
My second Art class, it was good, it was more or less a continuation of an introduction to the course. But the best part of the day was the free Bif Naked concert! yes I'll say again FREE!! It was awesome!! My first Rock concert too. Second concert in total though. The only downside though is that I got a sunburn for being out in the sun for two hours straight, and make that Direct Sunlight, and for me, i burn easily so that's not good. But in all the sunburn was worth it! oh yeah and i went temporarily partially deaf, i haven't had that happen to me in the longest time., well since the Kalan Porter(second season Canadian Idol winner for those who don't know.) concert.
Friday
Second Philosophy class and already there's a guy I don't like in it, way too obnoxious in my opinion, he kept cutting off the prof, during discussions, argueing about something we weren't even getting into untill later in the sememster, and he was using all these words i don't think anyone knew meant, i mean i'd heard them before, probably used them, too but i'm not a dictionary so i don't remember so yeah. Yeah so the guy really Irked me that day, but I got over it, I mean free friday afternoon, so me and my friends went to get our Student ID's done, then we got our tickets for the LUSA(a student organization for the Federated college i'm taking classes through) Welcome back Cabaret. Then me and my friend Merissa headed to my room and ended up talking about so many things for 3 hours straight. So at about 9 ish CST I left for this Cabaret thing, Oh my gosh it was sooo much fun! I danced like all night, well from the time i got there till 1:00 AM CST when i left. I Had a blast, and it was my first college party too, and i'm not much the party person, and i don't dance in public. But no one knows that except me and my friend whom I told that, and well now you as you've read this. (I can assume. I don't actually think anyone reads my journal unless i tell them that they should. *Sigh* oh well i'm pretty boring anyway) So yeah, it was also my first time in a Nightclub. Now I can't wait untill i'm legal age to get into one on my own, as Minors are not normally allowed in them.. as most of you or all of you should already know. So yeah that was my week, Saturday and sunday aren't all that important, I Just have to remember to go see the Academic counciller sometime on Monday as i was supposed to go see her sometime during the week, as monday is the last day to register for classes. so yeah.
