Day by agonizing Day
the arguing never ceases
the fighting never decreases
their voices raise inflicting pain
adrenaline pulses through my veins
shying away from the hurtful words
hiding from them in my own world
thinking is impossible
they have become unstoppable
books become a safe haven
anger soars like a raven
i can hardly stomach it
my world disappearing bit by bit
slipping into the deep
am i brave enough to take the last leap?
slowly tilting
life wilting
here comes the screaming
and here ends the bleeding
