Trust
a five letter word,
one that used to have a meaning behind it,
a meaning of truth of a bond,
proof that in the world somethings last and can be meaningful for forever,
that beyond the war, hatred, and chaos, people,humans,could be beautiful and honest,
that maybe with a shred of hope we could exceed our limits and achive that which is thought to be impossible and evidently improbable.
but i know now not the truth behind the word but the deep lie that it carries with it.
the betrayal that hides beneath the letters that once carried hope, in my mind
trust is not but a liar, a person whose great grief has lead them to stoop to this level of miserable deceiving.
lie after lie this person or rather word will never trully understand what the lie that it brought upon us really did to our poor reached hearts.
it will never trully understand what it brought us through, how horribly it deceived us.
how much missery and suffering it brought with it when it came knocking at our door step.
trust is but an awful lie that leads to so much heart break.
