[color=indigo]Congrats! You've been accepted to be a crew member at Girl Support! Please read below [i]carefully[/i], because you don't want to miss anything!

1.)For about the first month, I would love it if you would [b]focus on recruiting[/b], even though it might not be the thing that you signed up for. Once we have more members, you may start to do the actual job you signed up for.

2.)We have a little recruiting contest (that thread mods can do as well) that's located [url=http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=12503989]here, in the guild.[/url] Please post in that thread, each time you recruit someone.

3.)Also located in that thread, we have a list of who has which forums that they mod. The Crew Hangout is off-limits to modding, because we all know that if you are a Crew Member, you won't break the rules. Also, the Main Forum is off-limits to mod. I am the mod for that one. :3nod:

4.)Please pm me back with the [b]prefered[/b] forums that you would want. Since there aren't many crew members currently, I only need about 1-2 Crew members per forum. Please see that above thread again to see who has which forum. I would LOVE it if you would sign up for a thread that doesn't have anyone on it yet.

5.)[b]PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE[/b] make sure you read [url=http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=12504083]this WHOLE thing![/url] After you read it, you will know the rules and guidelines for the Crew. Please post there every once in a while, so that I can make sure that you are being active.

6.)If a Crew Member breaks a rule, you are fired. No questions asked.

7.)I will invite you to the guild right now. Please accept it, then you can view the forums. After you accept, I will promote you to crew.

Hi, I'd like to invite you to this guild because we are very new and desperate for members. We have many things to offer; we have MANY forums! You may just think that we discuss serious topics, but we also have some fun threads such as: contest/games, advertisement, writers' and artists' corner, general chat, roleplaying, an event forum, and also a new forum called the 'Make a Change' Forum, and I'm very excited about it! (It'll be awesome!) Everyone who I've recruited doesn't regret joining, infact they LOVE the guild! We all act like a big family here, and everyone respects eachother.
