Whoops got a little sloppy with keeping this thing up. Anyway nothing life changing happened this weekend. I worked on my comicbooks some more, after a long period of not having my will to draw. I did a couple of pannels that I was particulary proud of and some dialog I think is fairly humorous. I got my friend to read the original new Mutants comics and she seems to be enjoying them. Sorry if the last couple entries seemed incredibly emo, I've had kind of a rough month at school, just feeling sick of being in the same old rut. But as the Beatles once said, or sung, I guess being the case, "I've got to admit, it's getting better." Like in art class earlier this week, are novilty tea pots came out of the kilm and we got to test them. I did mine to look like a waiter with a pot of tea. So when I went to pore it, it pored just fine, except there's this crack in it's butt and it was leaking out of it. This didn't upset me, infact I took it in pretty good humor. My art teacher and my mom (her being a potter) said when we glaze them that the glaze should fill the crack so I'm not to worried for the finished product. While we've been waiting for the tea pots we've been working on a short unit on comic strips. Everyone keeps on saying that I'm going to get an automatic A because I do this kind of stuff on my free time but what they never seem to realize is that I'm no good at humor. I mean yeah I can wip out a funny every now and then but when I have to put some thought into I'm worse than a sit-com. I'm tired so I'm going to go to bed, not that anyone is even reading this but that's ok, it just feels good to get it out of my system.
