Online friends are wonderful for just listening and making you feel better.
Also, writing angry e-mails to mothers also helps. Especially when you don't have to see them being upset. It's one thing to be upset, it's another thing to deal with someone else being upset while you're upset. It's like, no, stop infringing on my upsetness! I AM THE ONE WHO IS UPSET NO CRYING FOR YOU!
