so i feel hella fat now. not because it's the holidays and crap but because last week was finals so i didn't go running or go work out or whatever, so it's like BLEH!!! and now i feel fat, my calf is sore from not running (weird, right?), i feel so lazy, i WANT TO GO RUNNING!!!
but i've been hella busy. i'll probably just go running at school on wednesday though. do some brazilian workout.
so the brazilian workout is on the track, which is just the straight lane. and it goes as the following
-start from one end and do 10 jumping jacks -run down to the other end of the track (like, 100 meters maybe?) -once at the other side, do 10 push ups -after pushups, run back to the other end -after reaching 1st end, do 10 sit ups -after sit ups, run to the other end -after running to other end, do 10 leg lifts on each side (total 20) -after 10 leg lifts, run to the other end again -after running to other end, do the little basketball defense squat run thing for 4 times in a limited space (like, 2 lines that's about 4 feet apart) -after doing the defense squat, run back to the other end of 100 meters -at the end of the 100 meters, run 1 lap around the track -continue workout until passed out from exhaustion
something like that
