Aki's mad at me cause I'm not going to the dance.
And I know she's gonna read this too.

So here're my reasons.
ONE: All the girls there are prettier than me. I don't need another thing to lower my self esteem.
TWO: I've been told by several seniors that it's mostly a couples dance. And yes, I know I don't need a boyfriend to be complete. I don't want one.
I just don't wanna feel awkward.
THREE: I'm going out of town early the next morning. If I go, I'm gonna be so tired.

So there's my reasons.
Call them pathetic if you must.
But that's them.
