.) spray that butter stuff on the pan before heating.. once u think u have enough.. which is just enough to cover the floor of the pan.. then u can turn it on.. but only to medium heat.
.) if ur pan has a diameter of 1 foot, only put 6 or 7 on there, cuz it will give u a hard time on trying to flip em if u have too many.
.) DONT BUG PROFESSIONAL COOKS ON SECRET INGREDIENTS FOR BAcoN!
.) once u have ur bacon on the pan, leave them sitting there for about 40 to 60 seconds before flipping them.. keep repeating this. reminder - leave the heat thingy at medium!
.) keep an eye on ur bacon at all time.. and have a face protector with u.. the bubbles and the pops burn!
.) make sure ur bacon are spread apart by a centimeter atleast! could be hazardous if stuck together!
.) as soon as ur bacon have shrunk so that every piece fits on the pan nicely... turn down the heat and wait a little bit before taking them out of the pan.
.) and check both sides to make sure that it isnt too burnt.. u dont want ur customers to be throwing burnt bacon at u.. trust me.. i would know.
.) get a plate (size does not matter) and a few napkins or paper towels to place on top of the plate before taking ur bacon out of the pan.
.) 10th and final lesson, carefully place each piece of bacon on the paper towel and try not to stack them too much.
now ur bacon is complete and ready to eat! OH! i almost forget... let it cool off for a moment, and turn off the stove if ur done making bacon.
