Tells the story of a Mushi-shi named Ginko and the people who are affected by the Mushi. The Mushi are neither plats nor animals and seem to be more intelligent then fungus or bacteria and viruses, they also seem to have varying levels of awareness.
In the first Story, Ginko has to help a boy who’s pictures come to life and his grandmother who hasn’t yet completed her transformation into a Mushi. This story employs the boys talent and gives him the chants to help his grandmother complete her transformation, however wheatear or not he does this is completely up to him.
This is the first and last time that we see the boy or his grandmother, but they are talked about again in another episode.
