Paranoia Agent is about the victims of "shounen bat" or "lil slugger", in the English dub. shounen bat attacks his victims with a golden baseball bat and is often shown wearing golden rollerblades as well. At first no one seems to know anything about him or his purpose, that is until two detectives become involved in the investigation and slowly start to discover the truth about shounen bat and how to stop him.
Personally I loved this anime it kept me guessing and looking for clues and trying to find out who or what shounen bat was. There are also the stories of his victims who vary from the introverted anime artist to a cop who lives a double life of sorts. Its hard to say anything else with out giving mager spoilers.
Over all I give this anime a 10/10
