- ■ CURIOUS Sergio likes to hear the views and opinions of others. Though he won’t outright ask necessarily. He takes in what others have to say around him to build his own theories. He has a need to understand the logic behind things and rarely leaves it to a face value answer. Drawing his own conclusions his curiosity makes him insightful and innovative, but it also makes him unable to let a simple answer be.
■ ANALYTICAL Truthfully, Sergio’s need to listen and further understand is not because he necessarily cares. No, he wants to further understand that which he does not, to have a better idea on what he has to work with. Though he usually has ulterior motives when draw interest, he can at time be genuinely interested. Some might say he’s calculating, due to wanting to know how he can use it to get himself further. Though, it is more a desire to understand the pieces on the board in order to be several steps ahead.
■ AMBITIOUS Striving for what one wants is very much the Devereux thing. So, it comes as no surprise that Sergio is also very ambitious in his pursuit for what he desires. He’ll do whatever it takes to make things happen for himself. Even if his desire isn’t exactly wealth or power, he’ll ensure that he has the knowledge that other people don’t. After all knowledge is power more often than not. If work is required he isn’t afraid to put time into it.[
■ STUDIOUS If Sergio can avoid avoidable mistakes and remain informed as to not be caught off guard, he’ll make sure of it. He takes to studying books and people. Not because he’s a bookworm but because he has a desire to learn and understand systems unfamiliar to him. Sergio will look for further detail into topics far past the bare minimum required. He won’t flaunt this knowledge but he will save it for further down the road, when it is needed. This also comes at a cost when making decisions, as he tends to look for further answers even when not required.
■ STUBBORN Sergio always does things his own way. Even if that way leads him to the same conclusion, as someone else. He can come off as being stubborn and at times difficult due to testing the boundaries. Forming his own ides, he tends to stick with them first and foremost. Though that does not mean he can’t be swayed toward a different plan of action.

- CHILDHOOD Sergio is the second born son to Julius Devereux and Claudia Bonetta. Being the youngest he blended in most of the time, his brother Savino getting most of the spotlight. There was seven years between Sergio and Savino, so when his big brother left for school, the spotlight shifted. Instead of being a silent wall flower studying everything, Serg did quite the opposite. While Savino always tried to do best by their parents, Sergio preferred to go outside the lines of what his parents wanted. Testing the boundaries and seeing things from different perspectives to come to his own conclusions. Luckily for them, he usually got to the same outcome as his parents wanted, even if it was a roundabout way of going about it. It was probably half the reason he never found himself in more trouble than most would be. By the time it was Sergio’s time to head to Hogwarts Savino was already done with school. It meant Serg could explore and be his own person, just how he liked it.
