Some legends are told..
Some turn to dust or to gold..
But you will remember me..
Remember me for centuries!
And just one mistake..
Is all it will take..
We'll go down in history!
Remember me for centuries!!!
Suddenly Fireworks erupted from the stage briefly engulfing the entrance way in a suddenly flash. Nearly immediately after the sparks faded from the pyrotechnic display, a familiar face appeared through the smoke. The crowd erupted into a frenzy, as The Bird of Prey, Talon had returned.
However now he sporting a much more aggressive look, and demeanor. He stood at the top of the ramp, looking out to the crowd with a stern and piercing gaze. After a few moments of soaking in the crowd's reaction, Talon began his march down the ramp and towards the ring. Nearing the squared circle, Talon exploded into sprint, quickly leaping up and landing on a knee on the apron closest to the turnbuckle. He looked out to the crowd with his stern look, and pulled himself to his feet, climbing the turnbuckle. He slowly straightened his posture, and raised his arms out to the side. For a few moments it seemed Talon was embracing the fan's reaction to his return, before dropping down into the ring. He would then head to the ropes closest to the hard camera, and climbed them, his left foot on the bottom rope and his right on the middle, with both hands grasping the top. From there Talon scanned the crowd as he leaned over the top rope. Again taking a few moments to revel in the moment. The Bird of Prey then stepped down from the rope, circling the inside of the ring as he looked out to the crowd. Upon his first lap, he grabbed a mic from a stagehand, twirling in his hands as he waited for his music and the fans to die down.
Once the music had faded and the crowd had simmered down, a small chant grew in the crowd. "Wel-come Back! Wel-come Back!" Talon didn't really react to it, simply keeping the same demeanor he had since walking through the curtain. Soon enough through the crowd once again simmered down and Talon slowly raised the mic to his mouth to address the audience and the entire WWF:G.
"I'd thank you for the warm welcome, but I'm not here on good terms..." The crowd reacted with a mumble, not sure what to make of that statement. "You see last time I was here, I wasn't treated like a talent of my caliber should have been. I wasn't presented with title opportunities, I wasn't picked for number one contendership matches. I was constantly overlooked by management, and by the very champions that claim they look to compete against the very best." The crowd rumbled amongst themselves not sure of how to react to Talon's words. "At Legacy 20, WWF:g crowned a New Legacy Champion. One... Lauri Henry..." The crowd popped at the mentioning of the Champ's name, as Talon held up one finger referencing Lauri. "Now I know what you're thinking... But Talon you've been gone for how long? You don't deserve to be shoved right into the Title picture..." Talon paused as he scanned the crowd. "You're right." The crowd hushed, they weren't expecting Talon to agree. "That's why this time I'm gonna make sure I get my fair shake! I'm gonna make sure the powers that be know what that got in me. I'll jump through those hoops, I'll climb those proverbial walls, I work my way back to the top of the mountain." The crowd was starting to get behind Talon as he explained his plan put in the work needed to be Champ. "However... While I'm putting on clinics, and the best matches on the cards, I want something in return." Talon walked to the ropes closest to the hard camera, resting his left foot on the bottom rope as he let his forearms lay across the top. With a smirk he raised the mic back his mouth and continued speaking. "Since the last time management wasn't paying attention, I want the COO, I want the Commissioner, I want the General manager, I want the Director of Operations, I want Chairman of the Board, I want whoever runs the dump, to come down to the ring, and watch me." The crowd let out a shallow boo, as Talon's narcissism began to show. "I want however's in charge to watch me as I run through the competition. I want them to watch me as I prove without a shadow of a doubt why I say the things I say. Cause if they don't.." Talon paused as he backed away from the ropes. "If they don't well I won't be looking for titles, or victories. I'll be looking to put every superstar out of commission one by one, and end this dying company once and for all. Cause if I don't get what I deserve... Then nobody does."
