Just vibing on this lovely Wednesday, hypnospace got me feeling some hiraeth over the lost internet of old.
Y2K internet was so obnoxious while still being geniune.
Gonna play games the rest of the day listening to old stolen SiriusXM shows.

Mooooornin! found a cicada shell on my walk today. Guess he didn't set his alarm clock right. we got a handful making alot of noise here atm but I don't think they're due to hatch as a brood yet. Might be one due next summer tho. and the big 17 yr ones in like 2037. jebus. that's a ways off tho. anyway ty for the goodies as always!

I loooove ambient noise, that sounds real nice or do you find the sound a bother?
My version of that was a house backed onto the rail tracks hearing the looong freight trains pass at 2am, the rhythmic thunk thunk sending me back to sleep. 4laugh
