When The Snow Falls
Little hands shaking
Held out to all passerby
"Could you spare some food?"
Boys across the street
Sneering, laughing, being mean
They don't understand.
Icy tears drip down
An orphan girl left alone
She watches the snow fall.

- Title: When The Snow Falls
- Artist: belloblossom
- Description: These are three haikus that are in the same storyline. They revolve around the theme of poverty and I would love as much feedback as possible as this piece is a contender for a poetry contest I plan on entering!

- I don't write a lot of haiku myself but good job. They all seem to fit together really well.
