In these days of freedom and hope.
There are lies spread to help us cope.
The blood of solders spilled in vain.
For our freedom they fought but never gained.
A government corrupt feeding off that it offered protection.
They that cried for help but are offered rejection.
The constant blood of the innocent lost i marvel.
At how it is bleached out by stone and marble.

Description:
for anyone who does not understand i wrote this when i was in the capital park of Harrisburg.
a very beautiful park built to mimic the buildings of Rome.
it amazes me how out solders fight for out freedom just for out government to screw around with it and make it worthless. and how much we the people suffer for thier mistakes and yet they erect thier stone and marble monuments and and claim we are free. - Date: 07/24/2011
