I am a chameleon
Watch my skin change from brown to green in the flowers
I hide in the shadows to catch those pesky flies
That rise in the early morning hours
I am a tree
Watch my leaves change from green to orange under the hot sun
They then fall in a gentle blanket on the ground
To show that winter has come
I am a rainbow
Watch me shine in the sky
Surrounded by my fluffy cloud friends
And watch all the people passing by
I am a werewolf
Watch me shift from man to monster under the moon
As I run through the darkness with eyes like shining stars
The dead linger behind me with fresh bodies strewn
I am a tadpole
Watch me loose my tail and produce my strong legs
That can pull me on the mysterious land
Where I can find a mate to hatch my eggs
I am the ocean
Watch my tides change from high to low
I open my shell-market for my friends
With each day that comes and goes
I am a child
Now watch me grow up
Please don’t stand in my way
Or I‘ll just have to shut you up
