Your Daughter's Fears

• Description: This is a poem I worte...my dad's alway's been sick and latley it's been geting worse, I wrote this a few night's ago when I was half asleep and wound up writing this. Things are spinning out of
Control emotions going crazy
Their what I hide

I'm afraid of moves been
Made I'm afraid of plans to take
He's spinning out and shutting
Down

He say's he's fine
I see his lie it's getting
Worse and he hides it behind
Smiles and false reassurances

But when he zones out I
See it there the thunder of
Pain behind his eyes

He'll walk some feet then fall
Right back down he cries now
Where he wouldn’t before

I go to bed not knowing if he'll
Be there when I wake
I'm afraid because I see the truth

I'm afraid of the invisible noose
I love you daddy but I see you and
Your falling and I'm afraid you may
Just slip away...these are what make
Up your daughter's fears....
