I watch as time drifts away.
On the phone he tells me.
"I'll be OK."
Even so the pain I know won't go away.
I felt the draft, before I saw.
Nine hundred ninety-nine cranes take off.
I close my eyes and make believe.
My wings sprout the air catches.
Suddenly I am a part of them.
My skin is silk and my feet are long.
A crane I am before to long.
One thousand cranes up in the sky.
Make a wish as we fly by.

- Title: One thousand.
- Artist: Out of my mind sorry
- Description: I got the idea from "One Thousand Paper Cranes" Writen by Takayuki Ishii. The idea is that if you build one thousand paper cranes than your wish will come true. So i thought about seeing one thousand cranes. And with my father overseas I just thought I would write this poem.
