The broken girl
I hide so well
Inside of me
Is where she dwells

I lie to you
And to myself
Its something that
I cannot help

I'm a fake
When I'm with you
When I'm alone
Is when I'm true

I dont mean it
I really am in love
It's just that I can't be me
It's my heart that I am free of

So what I'm trying to say
Is what I'm meant to be
The broken girl I hide so well
The girl that isn't me
