A Sapling Among Trees
A sapling
planted along the shore
grows slowly
as leaves come and go
it becomes big and strong
after hundreds of years it grows old
finally, it crashes to the forest floor
where it decomposes into the ground,
and helps another sapling grow.

- Title: A Sapling Among Trees
- Artist: Silver Lemon Drop 003 IV
- Description: There are woods by my house. In the woods there is a waterfall, a river, and lots and lots of hills and trees. This poem is about one of those little trees. I know it's not my best out of my collection on Gaia, but I thought you might like it.

- Neat. The meaning is well brought out. Gave it a 4/5 though, cuz living isn't just about growing, and then becoming important for someone else after death. It's about what you do in the event of your life as well.
