• I looked over at Ren. His eyes looked glassy like always, but he seamed to be staring at something and whatever it was, it frightened him like a little child. He shrieked and threw himself across the room, jumped towards the corner and started backing himself into one part of the wall and began rocking back and forth. "What’s wrong?" I asked, as calmly as I could, but still shaking from the shock his outburst had caused me.
    "They can't get me. No... They can't... heh heh... I’m safe... I... they can't get me... not here..." he stuttered, his voice, sounding very high pitched and scratchy, trialed off into mumbles.
    "Who can't get you Ren? Who are you talking to? What’s wrong?" I knelt down next to him and gently touched his arm, his body tensed under my touch, then suddenly he pushed me back knocking my head into the small table that sat beside us.
    "NO! Get away! I hate you! You’re on their side aren't you?!" he screamed, his face began turning red. I picked herself off the floor and started backing away but he wasn't about to let me leave. He grabbed my wrist and twisted it; I bit her tongue to keep myself from crying out in pain. "You’re going to pay for what they did to me! You’re going to pay!" he hollered.
    “Ren! Calm down! Please, baby your scaring me!” I tried not to cry, but I could feel the hot tears well up in my eyes and roll slowly down my face. He saw me and gave me a cruel smile and grabbed my hair, making sure to pull it. I stood motionless, hoping he would come to his senses. He let go of me wrist and punched me in the stomach. I screamed out in pain, wrapped my arms around my gut and started to fall to the ground, but he held tight to my hair, keeping me propped up. My mind was racing. ‘what the hell is going on? What’s wrong with him? Is he going to kill me? Oh god I don’t want to die! Someone help me!’ suddenly he let my hair go and I went crashing down to the floor. He knelt down next to my and chuckled.
    “Calm down! You scaring me!” he said, mocking me, he looked at the wall and laughed louder. “Do you really think I care? You stupid b***h.”
