• Chapter 1: Camp Tupipy

    Why am I doing this!?
    This was my last thought I had had the day my mother had dropped me off at Camp Tupipy. She had done anything she could do to get rid of me for the last 3 weeks which is quite hard for her as I have no friends houses to go and stay at.

    Well how it all started was that Mums new boyfriend "Larry" or as I call him "Lazy" suggested that I should go and spend some time with kids my age or as he said "Orright Grace (My Mums name) its time that Darcy (Me) got off her lazy but and spent some time with kids her age" I spat on the ground and said "For gods sake Im 15 years old stop treating me like a child and ME lazy Hah better look at your roof over the tool shed" within 15 minutes of that outburst I was in the car just starting my 2 hour journey to my summer destination.

    As soon as my luggage was out of the car Mum drove off without wishing me goodbye or when she was picking me up. How I despised her. Once the dust left behind by the car cleared I could see the run down camp which I would be staying at "Yay!" I said in a gloomy voice as I picked up my bag and walked to the admin hut.

    "Hello?" I called over the desk in the middle of the cabin. The supposed admin hut was a small house like thing right in the middle of Camp Tupipy inside was a medium sized desk that had a door behind it, a few chairs sat against the wall with a table supporting a large pile of old magazines right next to them, a red vase full of wilting roses sat right in front of my face filling my nostrils with the strong scent I inched a bit to the left as to stop from sneezing. A lady with long blonde hair appeared in the door way "Oh hello" she said sounding somewhat surprised "May I help you?' "Yes my mother dropped me off here" I said reluctantly "Ahh you must be Darcy" she said sitting down and tapping at her computer keyboard "Yes"I said "Follow me I'll show you to your cabin" she said.

    The ladies name turned out to be Miss Jaturn but said that I could call her Tululah she also said that she would be helping with some of the camps activities. "Well here we are" Tululah said stopping outside a green door "Come on I'll introduce to your room mates". Inside were 3 girls laying on the floor "Lucy,Farrah,Delilah meet your new room mate"
