Wizards and witches are'nt born with power they get power fom wizards that r dieing then they pass it on.
There was a terribale accedent that happend to the magical world the bad witches and wizards casted a spell on all of the magic world to become evil. The humans tried to destroy them all but suddenly one wizard became good then all of them became good except 10% of them and these 10% began to evolve into more power. The fought and only the evil lived and bout 2,300 non-villan lived. They good witches and wizards trapped all the evill villans except 4 one that stood with most power he dissapered into the cold dark night on August 1, 1680.
