    *~* Still in Unknown's Point of View *~*


    tab "Nope! No way!!" The middle man declared, crossing his arms and staring at the scenery in front of us. I sighed and narrowed my eyes. I hate to say this, but, I have to agree with the middle man once in a while(I guess). I don't want to enter pony land either.
    tab "What other choice do we have?" The female asked to the taller man, looking at him. The taller man sighed, we all didn't want to enter through any horse lands. We hate them, they hate us. Our reasons are as simple as that.
    tab "Well, 1) we go through Illumining's land, 2) we go around her land, or 3) we forget about tracking down whatever it was." The taller man said, sighing again.
    tab The middle man snorted, "I want to find out about it so badly, I'd take the second option. But still, I'd rather chose the 3rd option than going through happy light pony land."
    tab "No duh. None of us wants to. What do you think you are? Special?" I smirked at him. He glares at me and starts mumbling about stuffing me in a jar and kicking me into any unicorn land.
    tab "Since we all still want to find out about the smell's source, should we go through or around?" The taller male looks at us. I just shrugged in response.
    tab "Doesn't matter. I'll live through whichever way we go through, unlike some other people here." I said blankly. The middle male muttered again about torturing me when we go back home, I can feel his glares drill into the back of my head.
    tab "Obviously we would be detected if we went through and cause a ruckus." He then spoke out.
    tab "REALLY now?" I asked in a amazed sarcastic way, fake enthusiasm dancing around my words. I can feel more glares at the back of my head. I mentally snickered. Hey, this has always been my past time hobby, annoying the living hell out of the middle man.
    tab The taller man gave us a warning glare to shut up. We just stayed quiet as he pondered about what way we should take. Then he gave us a shrug. "We'll go around the territory. Get the scent memorized, then we'll track it down around the territory."
    tab We all nodded and took a deep breath at the fading scent. When we got it memorized a short while later, we took off around the territory.

    tab We kept walking and walking and walking and walking… Until finally, "We should rest here for now." Illumining spoke up, looking back at me. I was sort of hunched over with labored breathing due to the hours of walking without food or water. I looked like I could die of walking. FireStorm nodded, with a slightly amused look on her face. I nodded and fell backwards, collapsing at the soft grass under me. I started to mutter about ponies trying to kill me secretly.
    tab Illumining laid down next to me and smiled at me, with a slight apologetic expression on her face. FireStorm walked off a bit into the forest. I narrowed my eyes at Illumining, "You horses and your stamina." I muttered with heavy breathing.
    tab "Ha ha, sorry. We don't know if you "humans" have lots of energy to walk." She replied back.
    tab "Good thing I'm still pretty much in shape…" I muttered to myself with my eyes closed. I could fall asleep at any moment. Then FireStorm came back with a branch of white shiny balls of something on a branch. My vision was a bit blur because of all the walking. They looked like… apples…?
    tab "I found some sweet apples!" FireStorm said cheerfully, laying the apple branch next to me. I turned my head to look at it. The apples looked like it was coated in icing or something. But it had a smooth, solid look to it. FireStorm ripped off the apple by its stem and placed it on my stomach. She plucked out one for Illumining, placed it in front of her and then plucked one for herself and started to eat it.
    tab I weakly sat up with the energy I had and started to eat the apple. It was pretty sweet, but not too sweet. Then I also felt something enter my mouth. It wasn't the juice of the fruit, it tasted like water… I think it IS water. Yeah… I'll never understand this world. We ate in silence. After I ate the first apple, I took another one and ate it. These things really fill you up. I scooted back a bit and laid down flat on my back with my arms spread out a bit, staring at the sky. My arms were too annoying to have them crossed. It had that feeling where you've been so relaxed, you need to really use those muscles in your arms to get that feeling off you. I closed my eyes a short while later.
    tab "I'm full." I heard FireStorm said, stretching out her neck and shaking her head a bit, lying them down on the ground. I turned to my head to look at them. Illumining nodded and laid her head down too. I looked at the branch to find that all the apples were eaten. I turned my head to stare back at the star filled sky. I heard someone get up and move towards my direction. Then I felt something warm slip itself under the upper part of my body and curl up around me. I opened my eyes to see Illumining smiling at me.
    tab "Warm?" She asked me.
    tab "Yes… Thank you…" She nodded and laid her head down. Illumining was like a mother. A sweet, caring one. Just like how all mothers should be. I smiled a bit at the thought. FireStorm got up and laid close next to us. Then we all fell asleep at the same time.

    tab Snap. I woke up with a slight shock. I heard something nearby. I looked around but couldn't really see anything, it was too dark. I sighed quietly and laid back down, 'Dumb whatever it was. It's creeping me out and FireStorm and Illumining are still asleep. And I feel like we're being watched. Oh joyous feeling. Will you EVER go away?!' I thought angrily. After I calmed down a bit, I fell back asleep.

    *~* Unknown's Point of View *~*


    tab We've been running for a long time, trying to keep up with the scent. We were getting closer and closer by the minute. What helps us is that the scent is just slowly moving. It definitely means its walking. We're not tired, yet. Until after a while of running, the scent just stopped moving. The scent grew stronger and stronger as we ran towards it. We all jumped onto the branches and started jumping from branch to branch, hiding. That scent just smells soo good right now. We then came upon three figures close together. Two of them were unicorns. My eyes sharpened to a glare as I seen them. Then when my eyes caught the other figure, my eyes widen. 'A vampire?! What the hell's a vampire doing with unicorns?!' I can feel the tension between all of us. We all were thinking the same thing. What makes us even more mad is that the vampire seemed to be relaxed. Like it likes the ponies! We all decided to observe a bit and we shifted our positions into a more comfortable position. I was with the taller male while the middle male was with the female. "What's a vampire doing with unicorns?" I whispered so quietly that only we(excluding the unicorn) can hear, to the taller male. He just shook his head and watched.
    tab "But how can it be a vampire…? Vampire's blood can't be scented unless it has been spilt." The female whispered to us. We all nodded and turned back towards the sleeping figures on the ground.
    tab "Maybe it is spilt. Just we can't see it because the vampire's injuries are covered." The middle male whispered. We all just decided to agree on that. The female shifted a bit and snap. We whipped our heads to her direction as she froze in place. She snapped part of the tree branch. We quickly turned our heads towards the figures below to see if any of them woke up. Nuts! The vampire woke up and started to look around. We all just froze up in place as she looked around the place. After a moment of looking around, she went back to sleep. We all then relaxed.

    tab Couple hours went by and nothing much had happened, just them(the unicorns and vampire) shifting a bit every once in a while in their sleep.
    tab "Do we attack?" The middle male whispered to the taller male. The female and I looked at the taller male for his response. He didn't say anything for a minute, "Attack now." He whispered to us. We nodded, the middle male smirked and we all jumped out of the trees and landed on the ground, about a good couple feet distance away from the sleeping figures. Us all(except the female) smirking at them. They already woke up when we landed on the ground and quickly stood into fighting positions.

    tab I felt something flinch and quickly move. I woke up and sat up quickly with the blood rush to my head. I ignored that when I seen 4 figures a good distance away from us. I quickly jumped up to my feet, getting ready for a fight. Illumining and FireStorm already got up and was in their fighting stance. I glared at them but was a bit scared on the inside. I shook off that feeling and replaced it with fury.
    tab "What do you want?" FireStorm snarled, glaring at them. It seemed more like a statement sound instead of a question. The males(which I already guessed, are vampires) The middle male just smirked at me making a slight lick to his lips. The smaller male(which was about little bit over my height) just had a blank expression, the taller male also had a blank look on his face, except his was toward FireStorm and Illumining.
    tab "We want the vampire you got there." The middle male smirked and winked at me. I shivered in disgust and clenched my fists.
    tab "Again with the vampire thing…" I gritted to my teeth, muttering to myself. This whole you-are-a-vampire is getting very annoying.
    tab "You aren't going to have her." Illumining said, her bell voice tainted with fury as she took a step forward.
    tab The taller vampire took a step forward, "And what will YOU do about it?" he asked. His voice dripped with venom as he bared his fangs and hissed.
    tab FireStorm growled in a horse way(if that's even possible) and took a step forward as well, "We'll have to kill you either way."
    tab "Fine then. Lets fight, winner takes the vampire." The taller male claimed, grinning an evil smile. I growled and something in me just snapped.
    tab "I'm.NOT.a.flipping.prize.to.win.for," I yelled at the top of my lungs at them(the vampires) "AND for the HUNDREDTH time, I'M.NOT.A.VAMPIRE!!"
    tab They just raised their eyebrows at me, "If you're NOT a vampire, then what are you?" The middle male asked with slight curiosity in his voice, but kept it monotone.
    tab "I'm human." I replied with the same monotone voice.
    tab He just shook his head at me. "Whatever," he replied, "can we get on with this fight now?"
    tab Then, next thing I knew, all hell broke out.

    tab It has been 10 minutes and I'd say the clearing looks more like a fire type territory. Everything was burn, or still is burning. Trees cracked in half, rocks broken to chunks, black here, black there… Yep. The works.
    tab The vampires and the unicorns were fighting while I'm stuck to wait for them behind a broken tree, hiding. It made me mad that I couldn't make them eat their words, but, I guess it's for Illumining and FireStorm's sake. I could hear things breaking, fire being aimed at them, some bright light occasionally, breaking in the Earth. After a moment while later, everything went oddly quiet. Curiosity took over me and I took a peek over the log.
    tab The vampires and Unicorns have both been pretty injured. Lots of wounds all over them. They both were good distance away, lying down in a preparing way just in case the other attacked while they tried to regain energy. Something just took over me. I walked around the log and headed straight towards the vampires.
    tab "What are you do-?!" FireStorm started, but she cut her words off when she seen me punch all 4 of them into a broken tree. They went flying and broke slightly into the tree. They hissed in pain and looked at me surprised. I had a glare on that could've frightened any human in my world. Both sides looked shocked at me.
    tab "Don't you EVER.DARE do that to them(FireStorm and Illumining)." I growled through my teeth. I don't know what overcame me… I just gotten so mad at the site of FireStorm and Illumining hurt! I guess the fight has ended… None of them can fight each other now. They have no energy left to fight. There was a moments silence in the clearing, despite the crackles of the flames that was still burning. I walked over to FireStorm and Illumining and kneeled in front of them "Are you guys okay?" I asked, looking at their injuries. FireStorm just chuckled, but stopped and winced as a jolt of pain went through her.
    tab "Heh… I'm okay. Just in deep, aching pain right now." She replied. Illumining nodded weakly in agreement, trying to put on an assuring smile for me.
    tab I sighed in relief, "That's good…" "Hey. Human."
    tab We turned our heads towards the taller vampire who spoke. Everybody's eyes were on him. He had a curious and pained mixed face(Due to his injuries), "What are you doing in this world?" He asked. I just looked at him blankly.
    tab "Don't know, don't exactly care at the moment." I replied blankly and turned back to FireStorm and Illumining.
    tab "Illumining. FireStorm." He spoke out after another moment's silence. FireStorm and Illumining looked at him with a questioning glance. From what I see, I think it would be out of normal for their real names to be called by them. "What are you doing out of your territories? I would kind of expect it from FireStorm, but Illumining?" He questioned. FireStorm narrowed her eyes at him.
    tab "So what? We can't leave our territory?" She retorted back at him. "Why would you even care anyways?"
    tab "What's it to you, thousand pound wild horse?" The middle man glared at her, "He was just asking a question."
    tab "WHY should we even be talking to YOU." She spat at him, giving him the same glare back.
    tab "And vice versa." He growled back at her.
    tab "Wow… He knows what 'vice versa' means." The smallest one spoke quietly to himself. The middle male turned his head to glare at him. I would've laughed if the place wasn't full of tension right now.
    tab "You feel like something isn't going right either?" The taller one spoke, ignoring the other two.
    tab There was a pause for a moment. Then Illumining nodded, "Yes… Something doesn't feel right, right now."
    tab "Where are you headed?" He asked again, peace seemed to be written on his face. Like he didn't mean any harm to us. Psh, right. I'm REALLY going to believe that.
    tab "None of your business." FireStorm growled, trying to get up but failed miserably.
    tab "Listen. I don't have a feeling it includes you Unicorns. So may we make peace for all of our sakes?" The taller man asked, giving us a smile. Riiight, make peace. Make peace then have us for dinner later. Illumining stared at them, deep into thought. Maybe she was trying to figure out if they're telling the truth or not. Then she nodded.
    tab "Fine…" Illumining said, nodding a bit. FireStorm and I turned to her, shock written on our faces.
    tab "What?!" We both shouted, furious as hell. Sure as hell we don't want to trust people who wants blood for dinner!
    tab "We need more help though… We need to protect her-moves head towards my direction-as much as we can. We can barely protect her with just us two by four of you attacking us. I know there will be more in the future… So…can you…help?" Illumining asked, hope in her voice. Yeah… I'll never understand her. First she wanted to kill them, NOW she's asking for help. I don't get what's going on here!! The taller vampire nodded.
    tab "We'll help." The rest of the vampires turned to look at him with shock written on their faces, "What?!" the two males yelled at him.
    tab "Let's go to Dark first. We can ask him for help and maybe more unicorns will understand why we're joined up. For now, I suggest you keep your distance." The taller vampire threatened us. Geez, bipolar much? Illumining nodded and helped FireStorm up with the strength she has.
    tab "Agreed." She said, then glared at them, "No tricks either."
    tab "We promise." The taller male said. Then the other vampires nodded, muttering their promises. Deep hatred written on the middle and smallest male faces. I sighed. 'Anyone got horse and human caskets ready for us?'
