    “sure.” Sora agreed.

    “alright.” Tai said, “why don’t I make my pokemon come out to meet yours.”

    “sure.” Sora said. As soon as she finished her sentence Tai sent out his Zigzagoon.

    “I call him Ziggy.” Tai told Sora.

    “Ziggy that’s a cute name. Do your other pokemon have nicknames?” Sora asked.

    “no but Charmander takes a long time to trust people.” Tai answered.

    “oh, that’s sad.” Sora said to him, then bent down in front of Charmander and said, “Charmander you are the strongest Charmander I have ever meet, and trust me I have meet a lot.”

    “char.” Charmander said and licked her on the face. Sora giggled because it tickled.

    “I thought you just started your journey?” Tai asked confused.

    “me and my mom run a day care center remember idiot.” Sora reminded him then smacked him in the back of the head.

    “oww. And I remember but you didn’t need to smack me.” Tai said and rubbed the back of his head were Sora hit him.

    They walked for two hours before they were finally almost out. They also each caught one more pokemon. Sora caught a Vulpix and Tai caught a Taillow.

    “why don’t we rest for a bit.” Tai suggested.

    “you can if you want but I need to do some training with Vulpix.” Sora told him.

    “okay but if you take too long I’m leaving.” Tai told her and sat down under a tree.

    “HA! Don’t make me laugh. I know you won’t leave me and besides my Eevee and Sneasel won’t let you since they are staying here.” Sora told him. “come on Riolu and Vulpix.” Sora called then walked away. Riolu walked after Sora and Vulpix ran to her.

    “so what are we doing out here?” asked Riolu as soon as they were far enough away.

    “I’m going to teach Vulpix flame wheel.” Sora replied.

    “so why am I here?” Riolu asked.

    “because I want you to help her.” Sora answered. Sora lead her two pokemon into a clearing and stopped in the middle of it.

    “alright, Vulpix a flame wheel is pretty easy to do. All you do is use flamethrower and make it go around your body and you make your body roll and hit your target.” Sora told Vulpix.

    “vull.” Vulpix said.

    “Try it out and if you mess up try again because I know you can do it.” Sora told her. Vulpix nodded and made the fire go around her body and she started to roll. She looked like she had it until she hit a Ditto. Sora ran over to her Vulpix and saw a boy standing next to the Ditto.

    “Ditto are you okay?” the boy asked.

    “I’m sorry, I’m training with Vulpix so she doesn’t really have control over that move to well.” Sora explained.

    “it’s okay my Ditto isn’t badly hurt.” the boy said.

    “that’s good.” Sora said.

    “oh, do you only have two pokemon?” the boy asked.

    “why do you want to know.” Sora replied.

    “well the gym leader has three pokemon and they are really strong so if you only have two you will lose.” the boy explained.

    “if you think I will lose battle me.” Sora ordered.

    “fine but we both only use one pokemon.” the boy said.

    “fine by me.” Sora told him.

    “Ditto go.” the boy ordered his pokemon. Ditto moved into the clearing in the middle of Sora and the boy.

    “go Riolu.” Sora said. Riolu walked in front of the Ditto.

    “Ditto use transform .” the boy ordered and Ditto turned into Riolu.

    “Riolu use focus punch.” Sora ordered.

    “you too Ditto.” the said. Riolu and Ditto use focus punch at the same time and there free hand caught one another’s. They are trying to see who can hold out longer but Riolu was getting pushed back.

    “Riolu move then use focus punch again.” Sora told Riolu. Riolu moved and the Ditto lost it’s balance but didn’t fall. Right before Riolu hit Ditto the boy told it to use iron tail.
    They both collided again.

    “Riolu use quick attack to jump into the air.” Sora said. Riolu ran with fast speed and then jumped into the air.

    “do the same thing Ditto.” the boy said.

    “before it gets into the air use iron tail.” Sora ordered. As the Ditto was getting into the air came crashing down on it with great force. Riolu and Ditto crashed onto the ground. Dust appeared and out of the dust came Riolu.

    “good job Riolu.” Sora cheered.

    “it’s not over yet.” the boy said. “Ditto use quick attack then focus punch.” Ditto was still in the smoke so Riolu couldn’t see Ditto move so Riolu couldn’t tell were it was. Ditto came out of the smoke and punched Riolu.

    “Riolu charge up a powerful aura sphere.” Sora said. Riolu got back up and started to charge up a aura sphere.

    “Ditto do the same thing.” the boy ordered. The Ditto also charged up a aura sphere. Riolu sent his out first then Ditto did. The two aura spheres hit each other and exploded. Since Riolu and Ditto were close to the explosion the went flying into trees. There was smoke every were so the two trainers didn’t know who got back up first. When the smoke cleared they saw that there pokemon were back in the middle of the clearing and they were badly hurt.

    “I think we can call this a tie for now.” the boy said.

    “okay.” Sora agreed. Just then Tai came into the clearing with Sneasel and Eevee behind him. He spotted Sora and ran over to her.

    “Sora are you okay? I heard this huge explosion.” Tai asked.

    “yeah I’m fine but Riolu is hurt.” Sora answered.
    “well I guess I will see you around Sora.” the boy said and returned his Ditto then started to walk away.

    “wait before you go tell me your name since you know mine.” Sora said.

    “my name is Davis.” Davis told her then walked away.

    “I don’t like him.” Tai said to Sora.

    “why?” Sora asked as she walked over to Riolu.

    “did you see they way he looked at you?” Tai asked.

    “no, why are you jealous.” Sora teased.

    “n..no.” tai stammered then said, “ it just bothers me.”

    “whatever lets just go to Olkmari now or we won’t make it to the pokemon center.”
    Sora said and returned her Eevee, Sneasel, and Vulpix.

    “why don’t you put Riolu in his poke ball?” Tai asked.

    “because I don’t like it.” Riolu explained.

    “oh this can’t be good.” Sora said to her self.

    “did he just talk?” Tai asked shocked.

    “yes.” Sora sighed.

    “how?” Tai asks.

    “I don’t know he just knows how to.” Sora replied.

    “you just pick it up.” Riolu told them both.

    “oh.” Tai said.

    “Tai pleas don’t tell anyone. I’ll do anything.” Sora begged.

    “I won’t and when I want something I’ll ask.” Tai told her.

    “promise?” Sora asked.

    “promise.” Tai promised, and once he finished that sentence they made it to Olkmari town and they headed for the pokemon center………….
