Our band went to Ottawa for the National Festival last year in May and I was snaping pictures all along (got my friends slightly annoyed xD) .. and I liked this one! This picture was taken by the Parliment buildings and there was a tulip festival in Ottawa at that time.

- that only thing that might have made it better was if you specifically focused on the tulip in the front, there are too many dominate elements, just for future reference, but its still really pretty. xd

- The angle is nice, but the sun takes away from the beauty of the tulip, you can barely even see it. 3/5 if you were facing the other direction it would have turned out better.
