- Conceptually, I think it's great, though I think it could have been executed better. That being said, the rich red really does pop nicely, and I do want to see more from you along these lines (if at all possible, that is. The weather doesn't like to cooperate with me, either).

- This is neat. I always like dark-type things, mystery, horror(not gore, but horror) or off beat kind of stuff. The branches to me, look like they could be the remains of a pair of wings, or even bony-wings of someone buried by the snow, thus the fresh blood(that's probably dye or fruit, right?). Here, we get like over 20-feet of snow per winter, so it makes me think it's a little deeper than it probably was, but that's what I imagine. An injured person with dark, bone-like wings. Cool. :}
