I think that this is an amazing piece of artwork with many powerful meanings.
Yes. She could've cropped it a bit, but so what? It is still a beautiful piece of artwork.

- I'm sorry, but inverting a mediocre snapshot does not make it artwork. The image is out of focus, the floor is distracting, and it seems like an accidental snap from a dropped camera more than something intentional and focused.

- One word for it - AMAZING! I love this picture! For me, it is not just a few pixels, it's a meaning. For me the hand is undenyingly a teenagers hand, with earphones wrapped around the hand to display this. Yet if you look how the fingers are positioned, you wonder what this teenager is feeling. What the rest of the teenager is like. Possibly, it could show the struggle teenagers have today, or, even more interesting this teenager could be look at their arm, and wondering "What am I?" I love this
