- Well, it's better than my first anime drawing, but when I drew it I was 8 so..yeah. Anyways, generally anime characters don't have lips, unless they're adults, and the face needs to end in a "V" like corner, but not too pointy. For the eyes, position them lower, this is not a realistic drawing. It is anime, after all. Try go on the internet for some anime tutorials. They'll help a lot. n . n

- Looks more realistic to me than anime, but considering how realism is hard to master take that as a compliment! Also, as it's good to know how to draw realistically before jumping into anime, I agree you've got a great start.

- I agree with Chaotic_Aura and Lalalove2 and mallak_kahn. It is pretty good for a beginner. I would go over it and make it darker so it's easier to see though. It's also in the wrong section. This is pictures as in camera not drawings.

- As an artist that draws anime quite often, I'd say it's pretty good for a beginner as well. I've been drawing people for almost five years now and I'd say I agree with mallak_khan. You show promise. If you really want to try and get better, I'd recommend art instruction books from Christopher Hart, who i'd recommend his Manga Mania books, or Todashi Ozawa, whose Anime Game character series helped me a lot. Like the others said, darken your lines, position the eyes lower and thin out the mouth.
