It also seems you have an understanding of shadows and light, all of the shadows seem to be pretty solid.
Overall good job.
Also, as a side note a 3.5 isn't that bad of a rating. I would give a 5 to any user who could give accurate colors, proportions, theme etc. (For example, I would give this a 5 star http://www.alexrossart.com/wallpapers/joker_800.jpg)

I really like this, I'll start by saying your art has a lot of potential. I'm giving you some slight critique, hope you don't mind! Her proportions are off, with the corset it looks like she has a 2 inch waist, while her shoulders look like that of a professional body builder. All of the textures look like the same, fabric and colored the same way, try mixing up your strokes. An example would be to do some cross hatching for the pants, just to give it that extra pop.
