But that was the way I wanted to stylize it. This species of mer has really long tails and I thought by cutting off part of the body I painted would emphasize that. And as the for the breast comment, I like mer without seashell bras or conveniently placed seaweed. What's so bad about breasts? They're modified sweat glands used to feed babies. - Report As Spam

- It's nice, but it really doesn't show that she's a mermaid. All it really shows is her breasts, and some splashes of color to the side. But, from what is visible, it's a really well executed piece. It's stylized, proportionate, the method you used to paint it is really eye-catching, and the fish is marvelous. a 4/5.
