Drawn for my cousin, Will.
Colored with Prisma colored pencils and a colorless blender. Outline was done with Pigma Micron .o2 and .oo5. References used were my Sonic II start screen and a newer picture from the cartoon. ...yea, I know, I can't draw stars to save my life. I also know my handwriting sucks and the wings don't match...so sue me. :p
