- You do need to work on anatomy and proportions. The backround is really good however. Try drawing from a reference picture to get better at anatomy

- Your anatomy is fail. Your hands are fail. Your wrinkles are fail. Your hands are a fail so bad it needs to be stated twice. The only good thing about this is the inking job and the background. Look at your hands. DO THEY LOOK LIKE THAT?!? Unless you've been through a serious mutation; no. Stop copying off of other drawings, and start practicing anatomy. Draw from life, and then you'll see some major improvement.
