True, there's room for "improvement". But maybe this is your own style, which is cool. There is no one "right way" to draw.
Not all people, regardless of age, are prodigies or whatever. I mean, I guess I could also say that I'm 14 and that I draw better, but what the heck does that have to do with this picture? Age doesn't determine how good you draw.
The head is too big for her shoulders and the hair is kind of awkward. Her face is too round. and her ear is too small.
The scarf is pretty sucky too.
