I think, The head needs to be a bit fatter, and the neck a bit shorter, cause it looks a little disproportionate.
Apart from that, you've done an excellent job.
Maybe add some color?

- best ive seen all day (ive been looking at these for hours) nice shape very detailed, cute hair could use a little more effort(detail) try putting a shine on her eyes and see how it comes out
