I feel like the animation only takes away from the over all picture. It's just an unnecessary distraction. You should also try to color smoother and use the blur tool a lot less. Don't blame the art program, there are a lot of great artists that can use Paint to it's full extent. Don't try to make silly excuses; if you really have a problem with it, just scan your images.
(Just work at it, I'm sure that you'll get better with practice. Try Gimp, it's free! It'll also prepare you for better art p - Report As Spam
