Drawing looks like it was meant to be 2D. XD
You might want to make her hair flow in the same direction that her scarf is. That way it looks like her hair isn't hair-sprayed in one direction.
Somehow, this appeals to me. I'd like to see a bigger drawing next time, with a bit more detail, just to know what that item you're holding is! XD
