Just to let you know I read about the yea ao bit, here's some tips for the future, as i'm sure your really good now! Well,
Work on proportion, read books, look online for tutorials!
Work on struture and realism, such as, make her arms look more life - like add some flesh to them!
Facial features, work on eyes, mouth and genral face related things.
Hair - hair is kind of out of place! And focus on shading!
