You need to work on proportions, a lot. Feet cannot both face outward without much practice at it, his arms should be longer, shoulders are too wide for how you drew him, neck isn't long enough, and the wing that should be smaller than the other due to the way he is standing is actually bigger than the one that should be. Its cute, but it needs work.
